We don’t post jobs or send random resumes. We personally hand source outlier talent and introduce only the strongest matches.

We work on a success fee model (typically 20–25 % of first year cash compensation). You pay only if you hire.

No. If you choose not to hire any of the candidates we introduce, there is no cost at all. You only pay the success fee if you make a hire through Uncloned.

Our network spans (but not limited to) senior leadership and specialist roles in technology, product, growth, strategy, design, operations, and people.

No problem. We can manage multiple searches at the same time. After understanding your hiring roadmap, we’ll design custom success fees and phased searches.

Yes. Uncloned also provides executive search for C-suite, and other executive-level roles. We curate introductions to leaders who typically never respond to traditional recruiters.
